Rangers with RA Bill

We joined RA Bill & Double D Sarah for Happy Hour on Sat 28th January @ Ranger’s Club on the Maidan with a circle @ 5:30.
We met the returnees and heard all about international hashes.
Molester, Willy Wanker, Pinky, Sexy Legs, Fiddler, Fiddlee, and Late Cummer arrived with hasher from Trinidad Seema and Odious Complex Ian.
At Rangers we were joined by a few non hashers such as Heike and her friends. Everyone was told to look for the Gandhi statue Mayo Road-Red Road crossing (on the road from Park Street) and turn left there. Rangers is the 1st club on the opp. side of the rd. on the other side of the tram lines down a long drive way. The visitin' hasher from Bangladesh Web Fart did not make it.
I gave the RA and hashers some stickers of Goddess Laxmi's feet that were also to be given to the Hashers in Amman.
RA liked his birthday present of a hash whistle made from horn in the shape of an elephant and an elephant massager and elephant piggy bank with a 50 p that Molester nearly stole!
We consumed copious amounts of cheese balls, chicken nuggets and some delicious kebabs brought by the bar tender for Bill!
hash cash of Rs.100 was taken to cover the beers and snacks.

Re-publican Day Hash- Sat. 3:30 @Gandhi Statue 4:30 at Rangers

The Fiddlers, Duck Suck and Sid did a hash around the Maidan.
Hashers who joined later:
Willy Wanker Shaun & Pinky
Molester
Seema
Late Cummer

We sat around the lawns of the Rangers after 4:30 drinking beers and eating cheese balls and chilli chicken.
We were ourselves nearly consumed by the fog of mosquitoes flocking above Shaun's and Carl's head.
Seema and I had come walking from Minto Park to AJC Bose Road via the Forum and Artisana and Cal Club so we did our own Hash walk.
Pinky walked up the rickety steps to the top of the wooden 'machan' (built to see the Republic Day parades) and Shaun was quite apprehensive.
As it turned dark, and we saw the half moon, we left for the Jazz Festival at Dalhousie Institute to see Indian and then Brazilian Bands and eat and drink the evening away listening to music in an open air concert.
